New Bug Tracker

The bug tracker we have had at www.scientificlinux.org didn't have all the functionality that we wanted. We are replacing it with a newer plone based tracker.
The new bug tracker is already in place an available to be used. It is in the Bugs / Features directory.

It is important to note that if you want the larger Scientific Linux community to help with your bug or problems, you should ask about it on the scientific-linux-users mailling list. The bug tracker is really only for issues that need to be tracked.
