You hawe many programs for burning CD / DVD. i under Windows use Nero. I get Nero with DVD recorder. Under Windows its best choice if you use program who you get with CD / DVD recorder

LINUX

With mouse go over file and with riht mouse button and choice and then Open with CD / DVD Creator or Write to disc. If you choice Open with CD / DVD Creator or Write to disc you get next pictures

you can use k3b. Select tools, burn cd image. You get dialogue

Now you click on button for open dialoguue and choice iso file. then click on Srart Button
